these are my favorite to make

why?...the printed fabric is authentic vintage and I love rummaging for old buttons..it's like a treasure hunt for each piece..and i love monochromatic clusters of flowers..even in bouquets.. I think thats why these appeal to me so much.

new product line fall 2011

shooting the new fall line was a blast I knew i wanted something schoolish and mad men inspired..but on the lighter side..so I took the fall pantone colors along with the matilda jane and persnickety lines and made pieces to match the brands and the palette. I wanted something that was every day wearable by grown ups and girls so i stuck to felt bows and some english netting josh @ innov8 photography  check out there fb page....rocked the shoot and was so organized for having to coordinate models makeup and hair..thanks to my awesome hair stylists from paul mitchell ..leah for doing makeup and of course josh..It was such a fun shoot and so great to collaborate with a bunch of creative people. thanks for the rockin time I already have some spring inspiration.

the typewriter used to belong to my granpa he ran a pharmacy in salt lake city..I love that this used to belong to him and it traveled with me back to canada
books/fan were from second hand chic antiques in salt lake city as well- desk from di in rexburg idaho all the dresses were from shabby apple except the rainbow dress which was my fav dress of all time from kate spade. It reminds me of a cute kindergarten teacher.

 pulling off twiggy amazingly
leah modeling mona's{ our grandma in law} old vintage coat..this thing is amazing I totaly wanted to steal it form leah.

And the amazing team thanks so much everyone! don't judge my hair/makeup and outfit..I'd been traveling in the car the whole day
